Team Spirit

We value team spirit and do our best to foster a friendly and engaging environment within our office. We often have staff lunches, spontaneous celebrations (piñata, anyone?), group workouts in our in-office gym space, as well as various other team outings and appreciation events each month.

Sometimes we need to clear our heads so we play some good old-fashioned video games on the Xbox, toss around the football, hit the nearby hiking trail, or when all else fails, engage in some friendly fire with our nerf guns – it’s a bonding experience.

Aside, from the fun (and we have a lot of it), we believe team spirit extends beyond the office. That’s why each year we choose a worthy cause, charity, or not-for-profit organization to support and donate our time and resources to. Whether it’s helping out at a woman’s shelter, serving food at a homeless shelter or sorting donations at a food rescue – we like to make the effort to give back and serve our community.

Our team works hard so we encourage them to take their 5-weeks of paid time off however they choose. Whether it’s spending more time with loved ones, exploring the world, or simply resting and recharging at home – we want you to have the time to do it all, without compromising.

Our office is an open concept space to let the creativity flow and encourage team collaboration, and when you need a bit more privacywe have multiple meeting rooms available. If you want to work from home sometimes, we’re down with that too.

Ultimately, we want our employees to feel good working here so we encourage them to break up their daily routines and build downtime into their schedules. Tired of sitting at your desk? Go for a walking meeting with a colleague or hop on the office treadmill desk. Want some alone time? Grab your headphones, laptop, and a snack and get cozy in a bean bag chair. If that’s what gets your gears moving and productivity churning, go for it!
