Recent Staff Recruitment Drive Swells Company Employee Numbers

Due to the increasing use of its policy and procedure management solutions in the healthcare space, PolicyMedical is expanding its core number of staff.
After a thorough and careful recruitment search, the company is pleased to announce the expansion of the following departments: Research and Development, Customer Success Care, Client Resources And Outreach, and Special Project Operations.
With these new team member acquisitions, the company will be able to meet the demands placed upon it due to an ever-expanding list of healthcare facilities using its software. Furthermore, this increase in staff will help develop the company’s multitude of offerings in the future.
While it will continue to operate out of it’s current offices, the company may soon need to relocate to larger premises in the local area as it continues to grow.
The announcement comes after the recent partnership with Aegify. This partnership will allow PolicyMedical to further extend its GRC solutions by offering Aegify’s Security and Risk Protection Dashboard, which provides continuous monitoring and unlimited reporting to support HIPAA Omnibus compliance through the use of an online cloud based tool. The solution will also provide a comprehensive utility to easily manage all of their Business Associate Agreements. Future plans include the incorporation of Aegify’s extensive database of HIPAA policies and integration to the PolicyMedical Contract manager solution.
The recent additions to the PolicyMedical team will help facilitate this increase in operations and it is likely that if the current trajectory of future projects continues, further recruitment will be likely. “It took us a long time to find the ideal people in terms of skill sets, relevant experience and being the right fit for the company, but we are delighted with our new look team”, said Saud Juman, president and CEO of PolicyMedical.
