With the rise of M&A activity in the healthcare market, environments are becoming increasingly complex, fueling the demand for document consolidation and rebranding services. As well, time-starved healthcare professionals are looking for ways to augment existing resources to remain focused on core objectives – improving patient safety, accreditation readiness, and driving operational efficiency.
“As healthcare professionals struggle to ensure that policies are in place to promote compliance with The Joint Commission and other accreditation standards, Policy Writing workshops provide them the opportunity to refresh their existing skills or enhance new skills. Well-written policies and procedures encourage consistency, increase staff productivity and improve patient quality,” commented Kevin Meek, RN-BSN, BA, MHI, President/Owner, Meek Clinical Partners.
“We are excited to expand our professional services offering. In 2017 we expanded our customer success team, so it was a natural progression to expand our offerings to support the market needs as well as our customer-centric focus,” said Ron Scott, Director, Client Success, PolicyMedical. “Our comprehensive Client Success approach fosters ongoing engagement with our customers including our proven onboarding framework, product training for administrators and power users, and ongoing client success management to ensure they capitalize on our solutions to meet their business needs while maximizing their return on investment.”
