The agreement with Elsevier allows PolicyManager™ to be sold as a value-add offering with Elsevier’s Clinical Solutions, providing Executive Management, Compliance, and Quality Officers, looking to modernize their environments with an efficient web-based policy management solution to easily meet regulatory and compliance mandates, streamline policy and procedures administration, cut costs and mitigate risk. The partnership enables PolicyMedical to provide direct linkage to the AAHHS Standards for acute care, and critical access hospitals as well as clinical laboratories. Healthcare organizations can now seamlessly crosswalk their policies created and stored in PolicyManager to the AAHHS and Healthcare Facilities Accreditation Program (HFAP) to maintain compliance with Standards based on the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) Conditions of Participation for hospitals.
